We are located adjacent to both a powder coating facility and a precision machine shop. Any project can go from start to finish without ever leaving the neighborhood!
Our project developers work closely with clients through all stages of a project, from the initial quote and prototype to the finished product. Because there are often several ways to manufacture a metal part, we will help determine the most economical process for your company.
Our design department uses a CAD/CAM programming system that enables us to produce accurate parts from your drawings, or we can work directly from your CAD files. You can be assured that future runs will be exact duplicates of the first run. Alternatively, we can easily accommodate necessary changes on your reorder.
Our project development team provides:
• Project Consultation & Quoting
• Prototype Development
• CAD/CAM Programming using SolidWorks for 3D Modeling
Wisconsin Metal Fab, Inc. uses CNC equipment for a variety of applications, ensuring repeatability and accuracy of your parts.
CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control, and because a computer controls much of the process, curves and complex 3-D structures are as easy to cut and reproduce as straight lines. Additionally, the number of steps that require human action is dramatically reduced, meaning that your parts can be produced faster, more accurately and more economically using CNC equipment.
